Support for sticky shared subscriptions

Feature request for sticky shared subscriptions (documented here). It looks like shared subscriptions is supported by Mosquitto, but only using a round robin approach to load balancing messages. It would be great if the broker could support configurable load balancing approaches per shared subscription topic.
