It is proposed that Econia users be provided with an option to provide their deposited assets as collateral for a flash loan, allowing them to earn yield.

Note that this should only apply to assets not locked up on the book, and should only be done optionally, to adequately isolate funds into separate buckets.

It is unclear how this approach will affect parallelism, since funds are locked across global state in unique MarketAccounts.

Note this introduces an attack vector and extra risk that for market participants
