Adding "jump to bottom" option

How about adding "jump to bottom" option for smaller screens like its on github

It'll help in reducing that scrolling issue. See like if a person wants to access the data in the term table only but since scrolling is difficult for smaller screens so they might face some difficulty. So in this case this option will be so much helpful.

I'll hide this option for larger screens as like I did for "Back to top". So there won't be many elements occupying the top bar.
