Terraform destroy cluster timeout

HI,
i've tried to destroy the cluster using terraform but it didn't work.
Error: not making progress deleting resources; giving up

Going into debugging I found that the cluster waits for network resources to be destroyed first.

[WARN] unexpected data: registry.terraform.io/eddycharly/kops:stdout="Not all resources deleted; waiting before reattempting deletion vpc:vpc-* dhcp-options:dopt-* route-table:rtb-*"

Why this module tries to delete resources not created by him?
