Not work with newer version of Visual Studio Code

works fine with [email protected] but it can not launch on [email protected].

that is because xml2json use an add one lib-expat, and the add-on was build using one version of node and plugged into a different version, the one that ships with electron which newer version of Visual Studio Code uses, this can be fixed using electron-rebuild as mentioned here.
