Containing a * char in a password causes issues in line 28 of the entrypoint script: https://github.com/edoburu/docker-pgbouncer/blob/master/entrypoint.sh#L28

the userpass is not properly parsed out, and instead the entire string after the postgres:// prefix is interpreted as the port
