Describe the bug

Documentation says:

If you are using Docker Desktop, you need to have the following enabled:

  • Use kernel networking for UDP (Settings->Resources->Network).

yet in trying to install over on an Apple Silicon machine, got the error:

Error: unable to start resolver: Error response from daemon: Ports are not available: exposing port UDP 127.0.0.1:53 -> 0.0.0.0:0: command failed

when using that and deploying the local resolver.

I had to disable that option.

This is opposite to what have seen in the past.
