How to build hooks ?

This is the original file structure

Multi-entry packaging, index file is only import statement, which meets my needs, but utils file is also processed, resulting in a lot of files, I don't need these extra things

When packing at a single entrance, the contents of import are packed in, which is not what I want.
Because it can't be used by treeshaking, right?

How do you configure everyone?
