Describe the issue

I had to manually update the filter list. Could be a smart thing to do at the end of the install/setup process as the default list is really old.

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue

Install
Look at filter list date

Expected: To have a semi-current list without extra user actions

Result: Had list from 2015 or something I think. Had to click the "update filter" button to get a functional tool.
