We are issuing the feature branch PR for the password protected keystore without the documentation for the work I did as part of #44775 .

I need to add text to the keystore page describing the conditions under which a user will be prompted to enter a password.

Most importantly, I need to add information on how to provide a password in the SystemD and Docker cases.
