[EuiDataGrid] Sticky headers have trouble with focus and scrolling

Described well in this set of comments. Likely we'll need to start calculating position of scrollbars for either the header, or the overflowed content if we want to make this work in a generic, repeatable way.

@snide Is this resolved (through avoidance) with the virtualization work?

I believe this has been resolved for a while (possibly through virtualization), I ended up removing the above linked workaround recently in my datagrid refactor/reorganization PR.
