[EuiDataGrid] Clicking a column header twice makes it impossible to close it via outside click

Clicking a column header again if the popover is open already keeps it open even if the user clicks elsewhere. It's still possible to close it by clicking it a third time

I can't reproduce this issue. Is this bug fixed?

Here's what I did:

• Go to https://elastic.github.io/eui/#/tabular-content/data-grid
• Click the "Name" column header so the popover appears
• Without moving the mouse, click again
• Popover stays open
• Move the cursor somewhere else, e.g. to the "Location" column header
• Click
• Now the popover menu for both name and location column is shown (the name popover should close once the name popover opens)

Same in this case:

• Go to https://elastic.github.io/eui/#/tabular-content/data-grid
• Click the "Name" column header so the popover appears
• Without moving the mouse, click again
• Popover stays open
• Move the cursor to the left into the whitespace
• Click
• Popover stays open, but it should be closed now
