I would like to define the sort direction for the context view tiebreaker because the context view shows my data in the false order even if i have a tiebreaker field defined.

I let the context view sort on the offset that comes with the filebeat data, which is a rising number in a logfile even if the timestamp of the entry s the same.

We have the same use case, utilizing the filebeat "offset" to define the tie breaker, and it's quite frustrating to only have the documents in order within a given timestamp. Some of our logs only go to per-second granularity, so the order of the log within the file is the best data point for accurately representing the original order of logs within Kibana.

+1 re this issue.

Any progress toward implementing sort direction of context:tieBreakerFields?
