Ability to update index pattern from UI #16581

Since saved searches and visualizations reference the index pattern ID, we're able to update the underlying pattern. This is especially useful when migrating to Cross Cluster Search which requires updating the pattern.

Is this possible through the rest api already?

@epixa, yes, just need to allow it in the UI.
