Summary

The when there are installed prebuilt rules tests on x-pack/test/security_solution_api_integration/test_suites/detections_response/rules_management/rule_management/trial_license_complete_tier/get_rule_management_filters.ts are failing on the periodic pipeline.

It seems that those tests are trying to access internal indices what is forbidden on MKI environments.
