Ability to zoom in Pipeline Aggregation without clipping out the result

Describe the feature:
Currently, Pipeline Aggregation does the calculation based on what is visible in the time range. If we increase the lag, then the metrics from outside the time range (due to to lag) will get clipped out and resulting pipeline aggregation may look incomplete. So, we want to be able to zoom in with result not being clipped out (may be lag value should, behind the scene, increase the time range for calculation purpose and show the result from the selected time range only).

I totally see how this can be annoying. I think that would be a reasonable enhancement we should think about implementing for pipeline aggregations.

Closing this because it's not planned to be resolved in the foreseeable future. It will be tracked in our Icebox and will be re-opened if our priorities change. Feel free to re-open if you think it should be melted sooner.
