[Feature] Filtering "documents by a metric result"

Describe the feature:
This feature would add filtering documents by a metric result.
As an example imagine following requirement: xaxis=time; yaxis=count(server_id IF duration<avg(duration)

Above is not possible in Kibana. TSVB or Timelion do not allow above behaviour.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
This will enable more complex data analysis and visualisations where you only want to visualise data based on previous(additional) condition(s)

I believe this issue can be closed in favor of the two issues mentioned above by Graham. I don't see any specifics in this issue that isn't covered by the other issues.
