Dashboard only role + reporting

Hi,

The dashboard only role should be expanded with reporting functionality.

Dashboard only is great for support etc. where users are able to view and search through data without being able to edit/create anything but the big downside is those users cannot generate a report.

Uses cases would include support generating reports for clients or management. This shouldn't be limited to reporting dashboards but also give access to reporting on saved searches.

Currently you'd need to assign a user to kibana_user which pretty much gives full access and will only be a matter of time before somebody starts messing things up or assign a person to generating reports which is inefficient.

Probably it would also be best to move the reporting from management to its own separate tab and some place to let users select saved searches to report on.
