Kibana crashes with cannot read property 'isAfter' of undefined when user tries to set relative time on maps

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: When user tries to set time by fiddling with relative time on global timepicker,
Kibana crashes with cannot read property of 'isAfter'.

Spoke to @nreese and this is an date picker EUI bug so logging it there.

Logging this bug here only for tracking purposes.

This is an EuiSuperDatePicker bug when getting passed negative relative date. Here is the PR for the fix elastic/eui#1537. This will be resolved once a version of EUI is merged with that patch

There is a fixe merged into EUI for this. Just waiting on release and version bump in Kibana
