[Feature Request] Starred Dashboards

Describe the feature:

Dashboards can be "starred"/favourited. Starred dashboard display at the top of the list, on the first page.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

I have 15 pages full of Dashboards, but I want to quickly access 4-5 of them on a regular basis.

Example:

tags: pin, pinned, favorite

@Matt-Yorkley would you be expecting those stars to be for your logged in user only, or be starred for all user coming into that space?

I suppose per-user would make more sense. If admins had to manage stars on behalf of other users it would be a bit annoying. Also, some users might have access to different datasets, so the relevant dashboards would be different for each one?

It would also be nice if one could pin boards on the main navigation bar.

Closing this! We now have a tags feature which can be used to easily filter the Dashboard list to show the ones you use most often. Additionally, we'll be working on a Navigation system next which can be used to create Dashboards that are all linked together and are quick to navigate between.
