As mentioned in #8738, some keyboard shortcuts are used by the OS. We should add an option to the "Settings" modal to allow users to disable these shortcuts.

Also, it looks like Cmd + L isn't listed in the shortcut docs. We should add it there.

The "Global Search" is a very useful feature to quickly navigate around Kibana. Unfortunately, its keyboard shortcut (Ctrl/Cmd + /) conflicts with the "open documentation for current request" shortcut of Kibana Console. It would be great if the Global Search function can always take precedence. Alternatively, as this issue suggested, allow selectively disable the keyboard shortcuts of Kibana Console.
