[ML] Swim lane cell selection reverts the dashboard time range

Kibana version:
latest master

Describe the bug:
Cell selection on the anomaly swim lane reverts the dashboard time range to the previous value in case it has been changed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the dashboard time range to any value, making sure there are some anomalies presented for the selected range.
2. Select any cells on the swim lane using drag-select or simply clicking on a single cell

Expected behavior:
Cell selection should act according to the current dashboard time range, without changing its value. The swim lane itself also should not re-render.
