Kibana version:
Kibana: 7.10.0-SNAPSHOT

Elasticsearch version:
Elasticsearch: 7.10.0-SNAPSHOT

Host OS and Browser version:
Windows 10 , All

Preconditions

1. Deploy a new 7.10.0-SNAPSHOT Kibana cloud Environment.
2. Login into the Kibana environment with 'elastic' superuser.

Steps

1. Click on "Fleet" link from L.H.S menu section and navigate to "Fleet" page.
2. Click on "Agents" tabs.
3. Observe that old 'Enable Fleet' UI with texts and button is displayed.

We have validated this issue on latest 7.10.0-SNAPSHOT Kibana cloud environment after commit 2ace108 is merged.

We observed and found that Header is displayed correctly as "Enable central management for Elastic Agents"

Message and Button text display is not displayed correctly as per ticket #79291_Description

1. Message display "Central management requires an Elastic user who can create API keys and write to logs-* and metrics-*".
2. Button with text 'Create and enable central management' is displayed.

this is expected - we can update test content and expect this moving forwards for 7.10 and 8.0 and beyond (7.9.x patch releases will remain with the old info and instructions).
