I don't think we use badges in this fashion elsewhere, but this case feels worthy. It's also worth noting that the upcoming background jobs UI will add an icon button at the right end of the breadcrumbs, so putting the badge near the right end is preferable. If you prefer, we could wait to do this until after Catherine removes the aforementioned links.

Here is a quick mockup of how that would look; I'm suggesting the secondary color as it has been used in a similar fashion with pending changes/updates in the KQL search bar.
