[Meta] Add keyword support to enhance discovery on Fleet integrations page

Our users expect a seamless search experience. To further enhance discovery of packages on the Fleet integrations page, a keywords or tags field could be exposed by the package, enabling consumption on the Fleet/Kibana side to match integrations with specific search terms.

• Introduce new keyword or tags field in package spec
• Consume keyword or tags field to enhance search on the fleet integration page

@akshay-saraswat @sorantis Does the package spec offer any kind of keyword field for integrations? I did a quick check and didn't see any. I think we'd need support in the package spec so I added it to our list of cross-team dependencies for tracking.

I believe we will have to discuss this with the ecosystems team to identify if there is an alternative that exists already. If there is none, then we should pull it in our backlog as per the urgency or cross-team priority.
