Allow click anywhere on monitor list item to drill into monitor

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Today, users can click anywhere on a row item when looking at Synthetics journeys to drill into step details.

We can't do this on the monitor list from the overview page. Users need to click the monitor ID/name anchor:
