Mobile navigation doesn't always show "explore elections" link

On my iPhone using Chrome, in portrait view, the "explore elections" link isn't visible when visiting https://elections.knative.dev/app. You can only access it when you turn the phone on its side to view it in landscape, which took me a while to figure out. It's not super important, but it seems like the explore elections link is important enough that it should be visible at all times.

Mind you, it would be better to get rid of the link entirely.
