web_base_url isn't respected for jitsi widget

Steps to reproduce

When trying to pop-up jitsi widget
The pop-up window redirects to https://app.element.io even if https://element.domain.tld is configured for web_base_url

Outcome

What did you expect?

being redirected to web_base_url : https://element.domain.tld

What happened instead?

redirected to https://app.element.io
