Steps to reproduce

  1. Sign up for a new account
  2. Enter email
  3. Note that an ancient element logo is shown (it should be green-on-white-circle)

Adding a note that the logo will be removed entirely as part of #5649, and once those screens are enabled we should be able to remove these old screens and close this bug.
