Steps to reproduce

I dunno.

Outcome

All that I know is that I have a voice call from my phone at 19:15 and I restarted element-desktop at 19:39.
I tried to Clear cache and reload but it doesn't work.
I tried to close window but it doesn't work.
I terminated it with killall element-desktop ans started again, but this doesn't help.

It doesn't look like a regression of #6510 #3572 as web version of the same version starts fine.
