What did you expect?
The other users to have notification
What happened instead?
They didn't get any notification. After some manipulations (ex: sending new messages, starting new threads) it is working again. They will see future notification.
We can see in the image below that we have a thread notification on the conversation, that didn't show on the TAC
I saw in the console some errors but not sure if it is related :
