Description

Currently the prompt for "Would you like to download the app instead?" exists, it would be even better if it were to make use of element-hq/riot-android@2d810c0#diff-04c6e90faac2675aa89e2176d2eec7d8R120 and automatically append those parameters based on the config.json for that riot instance.

iOS is a little harder to do: element-hq/element-ios#1811
