Dictation stops after a few words in Element-X

Steps to reproduce

When you start a dictation (voice-to-text IOS feature) of a message, the dictation is usually self-ending after a few words in Element-X-IOS.

I've filed a pretty similar bug in Element-IOS (element-hq/element-ios#7489) and found out that it happens in legacy Element-IOS only if the Rich Text Editor is enabled.

I'm not sure if this is related to the similar behavior in EX, but I thought it's worth mentioning.

Outcome

What did you expect?

The dictation should not self-end, only when I end the dictation by pressing the icon.

What happened instead?

The dictation stops after a few words from its own.

This one here is not related to the RTE, switching the RTE off in EX does not help.

Useful context: EX uses RTE under the hood whether its enabled or disabled, but treats the output as thought its plain text when disabled.
