Hide "Notes" folder in the sidebar

What Happened?

Some Notes apps (like iOS Notes) store notes in a toplevel "Notes" folder for an associated email account. These are not emails, but we currently show their folder in the sidebar as if they are emails

Steps to Reproduce

Have an app that adds notes to your email account like iOS Notes. See that these notes can be read in Mail:

Expected Behavior

We should hide this folder in Mail.

But good to know that we could build an EDS-backed syncable notes app!
