Hi @jimmiest,

These errors come from an Adobe tool that ZXPInstaller uses under the hood, so they can be a bit persnickety. Here are some possibilities:

• Try restarting your computer. Adobe apps get confused easily.

• Are you installing a .zxp file? If you're using some other kind of unsupported file it might give you that error.

• Have you tried contacting the developer of the extension? They may have some advice for you.

Unfortunately, it's also possible that the cause of the error is either false or unclear. Adobe installers are notoriously fickle because of how they keep track of what is and isn't installed and supported.
