Double notification for a subscription

For a while now, I've been receiving notification of my subscriptions twice.

I've set the notifications to show me the next day's subscriptions, but it doesn't seem to be working as expected. In fact, the next day, it sends back a notification for the same subscription that falls on the same day, despite having sent it the day before.
