Can't load static files when STATIC_URL is set

Hello, I found something very interesting.
One of my application that are using in my project called xadmin using STATIC_URL for it's static files.
And when this variable is set in settings.py, the django-machina will run normally but can't find static files in venv\Lib\site-packages\machina\static\machina\build.
Unfortunately, I can't delete the STATIC_URL variable for xadmin won't working.
I hava already copied them into the directory of STATIC_URL path to make machina working but I don't think this could be the final answer for this issue.
Could you please help me to figure out this problem?
