Figure Out Ticket Purchasing

Figure out (1) what ticketing system we should use and (2) how we should go about using it.

Note that EmberConf uses https://www.eventbrite.com and Leah may have some advice for how to use it effectively.

Leah has said that we could use her Eventbrite account if we wanted, so I suppose we should look and see what it would entail to make our own to determine which route we wanted to take.
