  1. As part of the TS blueprint. We may not want to do this until we make <template> the default, since without <template>, it requires some serious hoop-jumping with the template registries.

  2. (Optional, needs more consensus from the rest of the community) Enable Glint as part of the JS blueprint, so that everyone gets the language server benefits. This could ultimately obviate the need for ember-language-server.
