No issues on my end. Have you tried different IP address? Your region may actually not be allowed. Even some IPs from Bybits current region are blocked.
In the country where I am, I have no problem using Bybit manually directly through their website. I will try by changing my IP address. Is it possible that it's because I'm trying to test the connection on testnet.bybit?
