From the docs: "MMK recognizes two special modifiers on action lines specified for inference
rules. The setup modifier, '<', forces the execution of an action prior to any unmodified action. ..."
But what does it mean in a usual action line, as at line 108 in sqlite3/blob/master/descrip.mms? Typo? Obviously it is kind of ignored in this context:
$ mmk/id
