Syndicate Readme is obsolete, sections that needs to be updated:

Common configuration: replace with updated syndicate configuration workflow (generate project/config/lambda/meta)
Deployment: remove optional arguments from syndicate build/deploy/clean, add description and command examples for syndicate monitor/profiler
Documentation: replace link to obsolete .pdf with link to wiki, delete obsolete docs in .pdf
