Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is no way to get help for any command (except syndicate) unless the environment variable SDCT_CONF is set and the .syndicate file is created. When the user invokes the help, he does not have to worry about setting a variable or creating a file (even if it automatically generated).

Describe the solution you'd like
Redo the logic of the syndicate command, which executes the code even when the help is invoked.
