The structure with reaction is displayed incorrectly after applying the Layout #1617

Case 1
Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Ketcher
  2. Create 2 structures
  3. Add the reaction arrow between them using the "Arrow Open Angle Tool" on the left menu
  4. Click on the "Layout" icon on the top menu

Case 2
Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Ketcher
  2. Create 3 structures:
    e.g.
  • Ferst = Benzene
  • Second = Benzene
  • Third = 2 Benzene connected with a single bond

  1. Add the reaction plus between first and second Benzene atom sing the "Reaction Plus Tool" on the left menu
  2. Add the reaction arrow between second and third structure using the "Arrow Open Angle Tool" on the left menu
  3. Click on the "Layout" icon on the top menu

Expected behavior
Reaction tools: the Plus/Arrow after applying the Layout should be displayed correctly

Verified as fixed in the Standalone mode on Release 2.5.0.
