Bonds in the snake chain are displayed differently after saving in ket format #5035

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Switch to the Macro mode – the Snake mode
  2. Draw any long snake chain, using nucleotides, or open this file long nucleotides 2.zip

  1. Click on the “Save as” button and save it in the ket file format
  2. Open this file

Actual behavior
The snake bonds move higher and overlap the bases. If you switch to the Sequence or Flex mode and go back to the Snake mode, the bonds are displayed the same as they were before saving

Expected behavior
The snake bonds are displayed the same way they were shown before saving
