Adjust ImpexUniqueAttributeWithoutIndexInspection for [y] version 1905+ in a way it will respect all indexes, not only those declared in the custom items.xml since there is possibility to adjust OOTB indexes.

If index is not declared via items.xml it is possible to declare it via configuration property

It also would be nice to show gutter annotation for index declaration within items.xml if there is "redeclaration" property
