Problems in Modules' dependencies

Hi team,

I met an issue that the plugin cannot build dependencies between ootb module in hybris/bin/modules and ootb module in hybirs/bin/custom correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. clone OOTB module to custom folder.
2. uncheck the duplicate module in hybris/bin/modules
3. import the project and open project structure to check problems in modules' dependencies.

Now I can change the dependencies to custom/xxx/somemodule to solve the issue, but I want to know if there is a way that the plugin can build dependency relationships correctly and automatically.

I'm hoping you can provide some guidance.
