Right axis in graph series should not necessarily be in % by default #293

Scope: Linelist (+ setup ?)

To Reproduce

  • Create a time series on a categorical variable, and add the total in the table
  • Create an epicurve from this series: the categories are show as bars and the axis in on the left, the total is shown as a line above, and its axis is on the right
  • The right axis gets formatted in % by default, even if we selected the "values" of the series (not the percentage)

Expected behavior
The axis has the correct scale (numbers or percentage) depending on whether "values" or "percentage" was selected for this series.

If this cannot be done automatically add a column in the setup table for the user to select the type of axis they prefer (native scale or percentage)
