List other ESDC Team/Group Organizations in GitHub (though Welcome project)
List/Contain non-development related Guides & Recommendations
- Expected use of GitHub for ESDC
Fork highlighted projects

Actions needed to achieve that

Move development repositories to other ESDC Team/Group Organizations
- Fork any highlighted projects that were moved
Move development related Guides & Recommendations to other ESDC Team/Group Organizations
Write this up in CONTRIBUTING.md
