The off-diagonal elements, e.g., in lb_shear.py do not match.

The Walberla output scales like a +b / sqrt(dt) with a<0, b>0 and dt the time step.
This should not happen.

The stress check in lb_shear.py is currently commented out, but can serve to work on this issue.
